These terms govern the price, payment, delivery and returns of plantcare product orders, in accordance with Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users).
Price and taxes
The price shown at checkout is the final price of the product and includes the applicable taxes, such as VAT, as well as standard shipping costs, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Product contents
The contents of each order —components, materials and accessories— depend on the configuration or kit selected, which may change over time. The details of what each option includes are shown on the checkout page before you confirm the order.
Payment and shipping
Payment is made by bank transfer. After confirming the order, the payment details and order number are provided. Units are prepared and shipped progressively, in order of confirmation.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of receiving the order.
Warranty
The product comes with a 1-year warranty. In the event of a defect not caused by incorrect assembly, improper handling, unauthorised modification, inadequate use or accidental damage, a full refund or a full replacement of the unit will be offered, even after the initial 30 days have passed, within the warranty period. This warranty does not limit the buyer's statutory rights.
