What is plantcare and what can it do?
plantcare measures your pot's soil moisture in real time, waters automatically when
the plant needs it, and notifies you from the app about what matters: watering done, low battery,
low water tank or lost connection.
The system keeps improving: we're continuously adding features and optimisations to both the app
and the firmware.
Each unit is manufactured and individually checked before shipping, and you'll have active support
before, during and after setup to answer questions and configure everything correctly.
Which battery is included?
The pack includes a 18650 battery 2850mAh and 10A, enough to start using plantcare.
If you need to replace it in the future, we'll suggest compatible models and usage recommendations.
When will orders ship?
Orders are processed and prepared as they come in, with no fixed launch dates. Once payment is
confirmed, delivery usually takes between 5 and 15 days.
Each unit is made to order and individually checked before shipping to make sure all its components
are properly prepared.
What do I need to assemble the maker pack?
You'll need a soldering iron to fit M3 insert threads, plus H2.5 and T5H screwdrivers.
To replicate the finish as faithfully as possible, when you select the maker pack you'll see the
recommended materials that I use to make the planter.
What is the returns policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.
Each plantcare unit also comes with a 1-year warranty. If the product has a defect, we offer a
full refund or a full replacement of the unit even after the 30 days have passed, within the warranty
period.
This policy does not limit the legal rights the buyer may have in case of lack of conformity of the product.
